Shipping & Returns

Order processing: 

  • We ship from Ohio. 

  • We process orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

  • Orders that are successfully placed will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email after you place the order, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. 

  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at customerservice@eastcofashion.com 

  • Please make sure to review your order and ensure that the information entered is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to error in the address that was provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.  

 

What About Shipping? 

  • Shipping will be available among the 50 states in America. The tracking will be based off business days.  

  • Shipping cost will be calculated due to the shipping location from Ohio. Shipping times will be dependent on your location as well.  

  • Once the package is shipped out you will be provided an email with all your tracking information.  

  • Due to the pandemic and social distancing safety precautions, pickup orders are not allowed.  

 

Return policy: 

What do I do if I was shipped the wrong item? 

If you received a different item that you did not purchase, we will send you a return label via email for no extra cost. We will send you a brand-new item to makeup from our mistake. 

 

I ordered something but it doesn’t fit me, what should I do?  

If you received an item that doesn’t fit you correctly, please email customerservice@eastcofashion.com and we will provide an address to send your item back to.  

 

Covid safety precautions: 

All safety precautions will be taken throughout your order process to keep all customers safe and healthy. To insure that, when packaging orders it will be on a freshly cleaned service with gloves and masks on.
